Hair Replacement Specialist ("Glow with Alison®," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or using our website, purchasing our products, or availing yourself of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our website and services.

 

DEFINITIONS

• Glow with Alison®: Refers to our business and brand.

• Client: Refers to any individual who accesses our website, purchases our products, or uses our services.

• Products: Refers to clip-in toppers and related items offered by Glow with Alison®.

• Services: Refers to clip-in topper fitting, consultation, and other related services provided by Glow with Alison®.

 

USAGE RESPONSIBILITY

Glow with Alison® takes no responsibility for the usage of hair products or toppers obtained from our business. We do not assume liability for any harm that may arise following the application of our products or services due to improper use or failure to adhere to our aftercare instructions. We provide detailed aftercare guidelines upon the installation of clip-in toppers, and we offer aftercare products for sale at the salon. It is the client’s responsibility to use the correct products and abide by our guidelines consistently. If you have any concerns or questions regarding hair maintenance, Glow with Alison® is here to support you.

 

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Glow with Alison® offers high-quality hair products, along with professional clip-in topper fitting and related services. Our products are designed to enhance your natural hair, providing you with a desired look and style. Our services include expert consultations, application methods, and personalised aftercare advice. Please note that the availability of certain services may vary depending on your location and the specific products you select.

 

BOOKING

To purchase our products and book our services, you may place an order through our booking system or contact us directly. By making a booking, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Any errors or inaccuracies in your booking should be promptly reported to us for resolution.

 

PAYMENT

We accept payment (credit/debit cards) via our online booking software. Payment is due as per the terms in the software.

CONSULTATIONS

£15 booking fee (non-refundable) – taken off your purchase

 

PURCHASE/ORDER

85% non-refundable deposit to place the order, 15% on the day of fitting (minus £15 consultation booking fee). If you decide to cancel your order regrettably the deposit cannot be returned as your item is made to order.

 

GUARANTEE

Glow with Alison® stands behind the quality of its products and services. However, we are not responsible for hair that has been damaged due to misuse, incorrect aftercare product usage, colouring, heat damage, exposure to chlorine, or lack of client care.

 

If you encounter any issues within 14 days from the fitting date while following the aftercare instructions correctly, we will address and resolve them. We will diagnose the problem and provide possible solutions. If a resolution cannot be found, we may remove sample strands for testing and return them to the original supplier. If the hair is deemed faulty by the supplier, we will replace the topper and provide a full refit free of charge. We do not provide monetary compensation.

 

Glow with Alison® and its representatives shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable laws.


AFTERCARE
Proper aftercare is essential for maintaining the quality and longevity of your hair topper. We provide detailed aftercare instructions upon fitting. You are responsible for following this and using the recommended aftercare products. Failure to do so may result in damage to your topper and Glow with Alison® will not be held liable.

 

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

As a client of Glow with Alison®, you are responsible for:

• Using our products and services in accordance with our instructions and guidelines

• Ensuring the correct products are used on your hair topper

• Properly maintaining and caring for your hair topper

• Notifying us of any issues or concerns promptly within 14 days of receipt

 

RETURNS POLICY

Glow with Alison® strives to provide high-quality products and services to our valued clients. Due to the nature of our services and the hygienic considerations involved, we have established the following Returns Policy:

 

Matching and colour selection – We understand that choosing the right colour for your hair topper is crucial. Glow with Alison® will help you to decide on a match for your hair colour as changes cannot be made once the topper has been ordered.

 

Manufacturer defects – In the rare event of a manufacturer defect with the hair topper, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and seek to resolve it by fault testing and, if necessary, replace the piece. This guarantee strictly applies within a 14 day period from the date of collection, provided that the aftercare guide was adhered to. This guarantee does not cover instances of misuse or failure to follow our instructions.

 

Client satisfaction – At Glow with Alison®, we prioritise client satisfaction. If you experience any issues with your hair topper or the service provided, please reach out to us promptly. We are committed to addressing any concerns and finding a satisfactory resolution.

 

Refunds – Refunds for hair toppers will only be issued in the event of a manufacturer defect as determined by Glow with Alison®. If a refund is warranted, we will seek to replace and re-fit the hair at no additional cost. No monetary compensation is available. Once the service has been completed, no refunds will be provided for any costs associated with the service.

 

Communication and Reporting – To initiate any returns or address concerns, please contact us as soon as possible. Provide us with detailed information about the issue, along with any supporting evidence such as photos or videos, to help us better understand and resolve the matter.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

Clients only aged 16+. Those aged 16 or 17 will require parental consent and be required to bring a parent, caregiver or responsible adult (18+) to their appointments.

 

APPOINTMENTS

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late, we may not be able to carry out the full service you have booked. Glow with Alison® provides a 20-minute grace period. If you arrive later than that, it will be considered a no-show, and 100% of your payment will be retained.

 

PRICES

All prices are subject to change without notice. A full and accurate quote will be provided after conducting an in-depth consultation on your hair.

 

TERMINATION 

Glow with Alison® reserves the right to terminate or suspend any part of our services or promotions without prior notice.

 

COPYRIGHT

All videos, images, and text used by Glow with Alison® are copyrighted. Unauthorised use of this material is prohibited and illegal. We reserve the right to use any videos, text, or images taken of clients for promotional and advertising purposes at any time. Such materials are the copyright of Glow with Alison®.


TRADEMARKS

Glow with Alison® is a registered trademark in the United Kingdom. The Glow with Alison® name and logo are protected by trademark laws. Unauthorised use of our trademarks is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

 

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

 

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our website or services shall be resolved through negotiation or alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation or arbitration, as agreed upon by the parties.

 

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Glow with Alison®, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or understandings.

WHAT DO WE COLLECT?
